About me

I am a mom of 3 and worked for a large corporation for 20 years. Some of those years were spent abroad.

Multiple stress, ……. and mental load were part of my everyday life back then.

After a personal stroke of fate, I rethought my professional development and made it my vocation to support other moms in the challenging situation of having a family and a responsible job in identifying their individual needs.

Leading Mom is the mastermind for successful career moms. It’s all about you!

It’s about recognizing your own needs, naming them and standing up for them.

True to the motto: Whatever is good for you: DO IT!

Definition of mindfulness: What does it mean to be mindful?

Mindfulness is a conscious, non-judgmental awareness of the present moment. It is about being completely in the here and now, with an open and accepting attitude towards what is happening right now, without getting lost in thoughts about the past or future. Mindfulness means consciously perceiving and accepting the present moment without wanting to change or evaluate it.

Mindfulness emphasizes experiencing the present moment. Instead of wallowing in memories or worrying about the future, mindfulness focuses on what is happening right now. It is about being fully present, whether eating, walking, working or simply breathing.

One of the central principles of mindfulness is a non-judgemental attitude. This means that we accept our experiences as they are, without categorizing them as good or bad, pleasant or unpleasant. This attitude of acceptance helps to reduce stress and negative emotions.

Mindfulness requires an open and curious awareness of all experiences, including thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and environments. This open awareness helps to develop a deeper understanding and a stronger connection to ourselves and the world around us.
